SIDCOM
The Sensing, Identification and Data
Communication with passive Non-Contact Technologies
(SIDCOM) project is a technology transfer programme
aimed at stimulating the wider use of these technologies by
European companies to increase their competitiveness and enhance
their economic growth.
SIDCOM includes a set of four so-called User Experiments
demonstrating the use of the addressed technology in different
application areas. These experiments are mainly done by Small
and Medium Sized Companies.
Through a network of Technology Centres of Excellence
(TCEs), SIDCOM provides Best Practice in aquiring specific
contactless technologies and conducting full development projects
with its public portfolio. Local training and expert support
to help companies plan and conduct Sensing, Identification
and Data Communication with passive Non-Contact Technologies
based projects successfully.
Sensing, Identification and Data Communication with
passive Non-Contact Technologies can help your company become
more innovative and competive. To take advantage of
SIDCOM support and guidance, contact your nearest TCE.
